Πόνος στον όρχι μετά από επέμβαση κιρσοκήλης και επιδιδυμίτιδα: Είναι φυσιολογικό;

Καλησπερα σας..θα ηθελα την γνωμη ενος ουρολογου.. Έχοντας κλείσει ενα μηνα απο επεμβαση κιρσοκηλης, με απολινωση φλεβων..και ξεπερνωντας μετεγχειρητική επιδυδιμιτιδα με αγωγη αντιβίωσης για 10 ημερες, συνεχιζω να εχω πονο στον ορχι οπου εγινε η επεμβαση. Ειναι φυσιολογικο επακολουθο της εγχείρησης πλεον ο πονος και αν ναι, μετα απο ποσο χρονικο διαστημα εξασθενει? Υπαρχει καποιο αλλο ενδεχομενο που μπορει να προκαλει αυτο το αλγος? Σας ευχαριστω εκ των προτέρων.
