Τι σημαίνει το ασύμμετρο παθολογικό σήμα στον προστάτη με PI-RADS IV;
Καλησπερα σας, ειμαι ανδρας 69 ετων με psa 4,9 και αποτελεσματα απο την μαγνητικη πολυπαραμετρικη τομογραφια προστατου, να ειναι ολα φυσιολογικα εκτος απο το οτι παρατηρηθηκε ασυμμετρα παθολογικο σημα στην ακολουθια μοριακης διαχυσης στο δεξιο τμημα ινομυωματωδους στρωματος στον αξονα της 11ης -12ης ωρας σε διαμετρο 7 χιλ. PI-RADS IV. Ηθελα να ρωτησω τι ειναι αυτο ακριβως και αν προμηνυει καρκινο προστατου. Ευχαριστω
