Είμαι 68, ένιωσα ενόχληση στην ουρήθρα κατά την εκσπερμάτωση, τι να κάνω;

Είμαι 68 χρονών και πριν 20 ημέρες ένιωσα ενόχληση στην ουρήθρα κατά την εκσπερμάτωση, μόνο μια φορά. Έκτοτε με έριξε ψυχολογικά, έχω αρρωστοφοβία. Παράλληλα νιώθω ένα ελαφρύ καύσο, περιοδικά, στο αριστερό όσχεο. Στην ψηλάφηση δε νιώθω τίποτα δεν υπάρχει κανένα άλλο σύμπτωμα. Η ενόχληση το πρωί δεν υπάρχει και εντείνεται μετά το μεσημέρι όχι όμως συνέχεια.Πρέπει να επισκεφτώ ειδικό;
