Τι προκαλεί πόνο στα μάτια στην εμμηνόπαυση χωρίς φυσικό φως;
Είμαι 54 ετών, γυναίκα,στην εμμηνόπαυση.Το σπίτι στο οποιο μένω δεν έχει φυσικό φως ,άρα είναι συνέχεια με τεχνητό φως.Εχω πρεσβυωπια κ φοράω κακά γυαλιά φαρμακείου καθόλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας γιατί δεν βλέπω καθόλου καλά.Τελευταια όμως τα μάτια μου πονάνε πολύ ιδίως όταν ανοιγοκλείνω με δύναμη τα βλέφαρα .Ανακουφίζονται όταν τα τρίβω . Από τα συμπτώματα που περιγράφετε κατά πάσα πιθανότητα έχετε ξηροφθαλμία . Οπότε μπορείτε να δοκιμάσετε σταγόνες με τεχνητά δάκρυα και να επισκεφτείτε έναν οφθαλμίατρο για πληρέστερη εκτίμηση
