Αντιμετώπιση σκληρού ατροφικού λειχήνα στο πέος χωρίς περιτομή στα 17;

Καλησπέρα είμαι 17 χρόνων και από ότι έχω καταλάβει έχω σκληρό ατροφικό λειχήνα στο κεφαλάκι του πετσιού μου.Θα μπορούσαν να δοκιμάσω κάτι ώστε να μην κάνω κατευθείαν μερική περιτομή και 2 σε περίπτωση που κάποιος το έχει θα του είναι πολύ δύσκολο (πόνο) στην πράξη;Και έπειτα μπορεί να φύγει;Ευχαριστώ πολυ!
