Πρέπει να ανησυχώ για τα αποτελέσματα Παπανικολάου κολπίτιδας;
Θα ήθελα να σας ρωτήσω εάν υπάρχει λόγος ανησυχίας και εάν χρειάζεται να κάνω περαιτέρω εξετάσεις. Σας ευχαριστώ. Η κυτταρολογική κατά Παπανικολάου εξέταση του υλικού που παραλάβαμε έδειξε πολλά πλακώδη κύτταρα, κυρίως από τη διάμεση, αρκετά από την επιπολής και λίγα από την παραβασική στιβάδα του επιθηλίου, με αντιδραστικού τύπου αλλοιώσεις κατά θέσεις (τάση καρυομεγαλίας). Από τον ενδοτράχηλο ανευρίσκονται πολλά αδενικά κύτταρα, με φυσιολογικούς χαρακτήρες. Στο υπόστρωμα αναγνωρίζονται πολλά ουδετερόφιλα πολυμορφοπύρηνα, βακτηρίδια και λίγες υφές και βλαστοσπόριαμυκήτων. ΣΥΜΠΕΡΑΣΜΑ:Υλικό αρνητικό για κακοήθεια ή ενδοεπιθηλιακή αλλοίωση.Ευρήματα κολπίτιδας και εξωτραχηλίτιδας
