Ερμηνεία αποτελεσμάτων ΤΕΣΤ ΠΑΠ με πλακώδη και αδενικά κύτταρα, μικτές κύστες
Καλησπέρα θα ήθελα αν σας είναι εύκολο να μου ερμηνεύσετε τα αποτελέσματα του ΤΕΣΤ ΠΑΠ : Έδειξε πλακώδη επιθηλιακά κύτταρα, αρκετά από την επιπολής, αρκετά από τη διάμεση και σπάνια από την παραβασική στιβάδα, χωρίς αξιόλογες αλλοιώσεις. Από τον ενδοτράχηλο παρατηρούνται αρκετά αδενικά κύτταρα σε ομάδες και μεμονωμένα, χωρίς αξιόλογες αλλοιώσεις. Στο υπόστρωμα ανευρίσκονται λίγα πολυμορφοπύρηνα. Χλωρίδα: (Μικτή) Κοκκοβακτηρίδια και γαλακτοβάκιλλο. Τι σημαίνουν ; Ο γιατρός μου λέει ότι είναι οκ αλλά και κατά την εξετάσει παρατήρησε κάποιες μικρες κύστες και μου είπε επίσης ότι δεν είναι σοβαρό αλλά εγώ ανησυχώ... Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τις απαντήσεις σας !!

Τα αποτελέσματά σας είναι μία χαρά. Περιγράφονται τα κύτταρα που λαμβάνονται κατά το τεστ παπ. Οι κύστεις στον τράχηλο αν εννοείται λογικά εννοείται τι κύστεις Naboth που είναι άνευ σημασίας.
