Πότε πρέπει να γίνει το πρώτο τεστ Παπ μετά την έναρξη της σεξουαλικής ζωής;
Καλησπέρα. Πριν λίγες μέρες παρακολούθησα ένα βιντεο στο οποιο συμμετειχε μια γυναικολόγος κ είπε πως δεν υπάρχει λόγος να γίνει τεστ παπ στα κορίτσια αφότου εχουν κάνει σεξ αλλά 2 -3 χρόνια μετά θα ήτανε το ιδανικό καθώς τότε θα φαινότανε οι αλλοιώσεις που προκάλεσε ο πιθανώς υπάρχων HPV ή γενικότερα αλλοιώσεις στην περιοχή του τραχήλου . Ποια είναι γνωμη σας πάνω σε αυτό κ πότε πιστεύετε πρέπει μια κοπέλα να προβεί στο πρώτο της τεστ παπ ?

Καλησπέρα σας. Γενικά συμφωνώ με την γνώμη που αναφέρατε. Ειδικά θα σας έλεγα ότι η κάθε περίπτωση είναι διαφορετική (πχ πολλαπλοί σύντροφοι) κ επίσης ότι η επίσκεψη στον γυναικολόγο δεν γίνεται μόνο για το τεστ παπ αλλά για πολλούς άλλους λόγους όπως η ενημέρωση, η συζήτηση κ η λύση αποριών, ο κολπικος υπέρηχος κα. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο με την απάντηση μου.
