Ειναι απαραιτητο το τεστ Παπ αν δεν υπαρχει σεξουαλικη επαφη 5 χρονια;
Γεια σας. Γυναικα με σεξουαλικη ζωη απο 21-40 χρονων. Απο 40-45 χρονων καμια σεξουαλικη επαφη. Ειναι απαραιτητο το τεστ παπ για τον ιο hpv εφοσον ο ιος ειναι μεταδοτικος με το σεξ και αφου υπαρχει αποχη τα τελευταια 5 χρονια;;; Σας ευχαριστω.

Καλημέρα. Ναι, το τεστ Παπ παραμένει απαραίτητο, ακόμα κι αν δεν είχατε σεξουαλική επαφή τα τελευταία 5 χρόνια. Ο HPV μπορεί να παραμείνει ανενεργός για χρόνια και να προκαλέσει αλλοιώσεις αργότερα, ανεξάρτητα από το αν υπάρχει νέα μόλυνση. Αυτό μπορεί να συμβεί γιατί όσο μεγαλώνουμε το ανοσοποιητικό μας δεν αντιδρά με τον ίδιο αποτελεσματικό τρόπο. Γι’ αυτό και ο τακτικός έλεγχος συνιστάται μέχρι τουλάχιστον τα 65, ανάλογα με τα αποτελέσματα. Είναι σημαντικό να συνεχίσετε την παρακολούθηση για προληπτικούς λόγους.
