Γιατί έχω τόσο αυξημένη γgt μετά από sleeve gastrectomy και λιπώδη διήθηση ήπατος;
Καλημέρα σας είμαι 20 ετών με νοσογονο παχυσαρκία αρκετά χρόνια , είχα κάνει sleeve gastrectomy 1/2/2023 με 210kg/ 190cm και πλέον είμαι 160kg/190cm αλλά ήταν και παραμένει παρά πολύ αυξημένη η γgt 670-930 , ουρικό οξύ είχα 14 και είχα κρίσεις ουρικής αρθρίτιδας και λαμβάνω febuxostat 120mg , probenecid x3 από τον 10/2022 κατόπιν σύστασης της Ρεύματολογου. Η μαγνητική άνω κοιλίας και ο υπέρηχος ήπατος έδειξαν λιπώδη διήθηση ήπατος με ουλές. Ast 44 ALT 98 Γgt 668 Τριγλυκερίδια 198 HDL 37 LDL 55 Ουρικό οξύ 4 Crp 2 Ουρία 24 Κρεατινίνη 1 Που μπορεί να οφείλεται η τόσο αυξημένη γgt; Χρειάζεται περαιτέρω εξετάσεις; Ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων.

Καλημέρα σας πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι και τα δύο φάρμακα που λαμβάνετε μεταβολιζονται στο ήπαρ και από νεφρούς, τα λαμβάνετε περίπου 1ετος και τώρα έχετε καλή τιμή ουρικου Πρέπει να μιλήσετε με τον Ρευματολογο σας ίσως χρειάζεται να μην τα συνεχίζεται .Δεν μου γράφετε αν η μαγνητική δείχνει τα άλλα όργανα σε τι κατάσταση είναι. Επίσης στο ιστορικό σας υπάρχουν άλλα προβλήματα υγείας?
