Εδώ και 4-5 ημέρες πονάνε και οι δύο γάμπες μου, κυρίως όταν κατεβαίνω σκάλες. Έχω και μια ενόχληση στην μέση, που ήταν πιο έντονη τις προηγούμενες μέρες. Πού μπορεί να οφείλεται; Τί μπορώ να κάνω για να ανακουφιστώ;

Καλησπέρα σας, χρειάζεται να γνωρίζουμε την αιτία του άλγους. Να επισκεφθείτε Ιατρό για να σας ελέγξει με μαγνητική τομογραφία ΟΜΣΣ και σε δεύτερο χρόνο αν η μαγνητική δεν δείχνει πρόβλημα με την οσφυικη μοίρα, να ελέγξει με τριπλεξ φλεβών και αρτηριών κάτω άκρων. Για να ανακούφιση όχι ορθοστασία, όχι να σηκώνεται βάρος όχι πολλές ώρες καθιστική στάση (να σηκωνεστε και να περπατάτε για λίγο).Σημαντικό είναι όμως η διάγνωση. Δεν σας γράφω παυσίπονο γιατί δεν γνωρίζω ιατρικο ιστορικό.
