Καλησπέρα! Σας ευχαριστώ για την πολύτιμη βοήθειά σας. Γυναίκα ασθενής 34 ετων που δεν καπνίζει και πάσχει από χρόνια ακρορριζική περιοδοντίτιδα σύμφωνα με τον θεράποντα. Ποια είναι η ενδεδειγμένη θεραπεία; Συντηρητική με βαθύ καθαρισμό ή θεραπεία με laser; Μπορει να χρειαστει χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση; Γνωρίζω ότι ο περιοδοντολόγος αποκολλώντας τα ούλα από τα δόντια και το οστό αφαιρεί την πέτρα και μετά επαναφέρει τα ούλα στην θέση τους τοποθετώντας ράμματα. Αυτό γίνεται σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις;
