Χρόνια εξωτερική ωτίτιδα με πρήξιμο λεμφαδένων αριστερά – ανησυχία;
Εχω χρόνια εξωτερική ωτιτιδα. Έχει πρηστεί από τον Μάιο ο λεμφαδενας κάτω από το αυτί στα αριστερά . Περνάει φάσεις, δηλαδή μια ξεπρηζεται και μετά ξαναπρηζεται. Εδώ και 1,5 εβδομάδα έχει πρηστεί και υπογναθιος λεμφαδενας επίσης αριστερά. Να ανησυχήσω;

Καλό είναι να γίνει μια ενδοσκόπηση από ΩΡΛ. Πρέπει να διαπιστωθεί επισης αν πρόκειται για υπογναθιο λεμφαδένα ή τον υπογνάθιο σιελογόνο αδένα και αν υπάρχει φλεγμονή οξεία που απαιτεί αγωγή.
