Κλείνει μια ρήξη τυμπάνου σε 16χρονο μετά από ωτίτιδα χωρίς χειρουργείο;
Ο γιος μου 16 χρονών μετά από ίωση και μέση ωτίτιδα υπέστη ρήξη τυμπάνου με εκροή πυώδες υγρού και αίματος. Ο ΩΡΛ έδωσε augmentin αντιβίωση για 10 μέρες και σταγόνες cynalar otic για το αυτί. Η διάτρηση είπε ότι είναι μέτρια και έχει πολλές πιθανότητες να κλείσει μόνη της αλλιώς θα πάμε σε τύμπανο πλαστική. Επειδή αγχώθηκα πολύ όταν ανέφερε το χειρουργείο θα ήθελα να μου πείτε από την εμπειρία σας αν είναι δυνατόν να κλείσει μια τρύπα στο τύμπανο μόνη της

Η ρήξη τυμπάνου λόγω ωτίτιδας είναι συνήθως κεντρική και κλείνει από μόνη της. Αποφεύγουμε την είσοδο νερού στο αφτί όταν κάνουμε μπάνιο ή σε πισίνα με τοποθέτηση βάμβακος εμποτισμένου στην μία πλευρά με λάδι για να μην μπει το νερό. Ελέγχεται ξανά το αφτί μετά από βδομάδα ότι έκλεισε η διάτρηση
