Είναι απαραίτητη η κορτιζόνη για ίωση 22χρονης με βήχα, βουλωμένα αυτιά και ημικρανίες;
Γεια σας Η κορη μου 22 χρονων είχε βήχα για αρκετό καιρο ,τελευταια πονούσε και τον λαιμό της και είχε σαν μπούκωμα και είχε και μιξεσ Πηγε σε παθολόγο και της ειπε να κανει ρινικές πλύσεις για να καθαρίσει Στη συνεχεια είχε βουλωμένα αυτιά και ημικρανιεσ .Επισκεφθηκε ΩΡΛ ο οποιος της ειπε ότι είναι ίωση και της έδωσε αντιβίωση fugentin και κορτιζόνη για πέντε μερες .Δεν θέλει να πάρει την κορτιζόνη γιατί φοβάται τις παρενέργειες .Ηθελα να ρωτήσω αν μπορείτε να μου πειτε ,αν η αγωγη που δωθηκε είναι σωστή και αν είναι απαραίτητη η κορτιζόνη και τι κίνδυνοι υπάρχουν αν δεν την πάρει
