Σκολίωση και εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις ΟΜΣΣ με οστικό οίδημα 05-11
ΕΞΕΤΑΣΗ: ΜΑΓΝΗΤΙΚΗ ΤΟΜΟΓΡΑΦΙΑ ΟΜΣΣ Φυσιολογική απεικόνιση μυελικού κώνου και ιππουρίδας. Σκολίωση ΟΜΣΣ. Εκφυλιστικές αλλοιώσεις με στένωση του 05-11 μεσοσπονδύλιου διαστήματος και αφυδάτωση του αντίστοιχου μεσοσπονδύλιου δίσκου. Οστικό οίδημα στην κάτω τελική πλάκα του 05 σπονδύλου στο πλαίσιο όζου του Schmori σε οξεία φάση. Οίδημα στις τελικές πλάκες του 05-11 διαστήματος στο πλαίσιο κατά Modic 1 αλλοιώσεων. Μικρού βαθμού οπίσθια ολίσθηση του 05 επί του 11 σπονδύλου.
