Έχει πρόβλημα το πόδι μου γιατί γυρνάει εύκολα στο περπάτημα;
Γεια σας ηθελα να ρωτήσω αν κάτι πρόβλημα έχει το ποδι μου στο περπάτημα μου γυρνάει πολυ εύκολα και συχνα

Καλησπέρα σας. Προφανώς έχετε κάνει πολλά "στραμπουληγματα " χωρίς να κάνετε ποτέ φυσικοθεραπεία για αποκατάσταση. Τα "στραμπουληγματα" χρειάζονται αποκατάσταση για να επανέλθει η δύναμη , η ταχύτητα σύσπασης των μυών της περιοχής αλλά και ο έλεγχος - ισορροπία της περιοχής.
