Χρειάζομαι διφωσφονικά για οστεοπενία με αυτοάνοσα και γλαύκωμα;
Καλημερα. Είμαι 52 χρόνων και έχω οστεοπενία με T-score -1,8 στην σπονδυλική στήλη και -2,4 στο αριστερό ισχίο (με επιμέρους -3,0 στον αυχένα του μηριαίου). Έχω και αυτοάνοσα νοσήματα που επηρεάζουν τις αρθρώσεις. Είμαι ήδη σε αγωγή με calcioral d3 1000, θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν θα πρέπει να ξεκινήσω και διφωσφονικά καθως και για τις πιθανές παρενέργειες τους όπως νέκρωση γνάθου η οφθαλμολογικές παρενέργειες καθώς έχω υψηλή ενδοφθάλμια πίεση και κίνδυνο για γλαύκωμα.
