Πώς να ανακουφίσω τον πόνο από Νόσο Paget και οστεοπόρωση στα 39 μου;
Καλημέρα.Ειμαι 39 ετών έχω διαγνωστεί με την Νόσο Paget και έχω και οστεοπόρωση 65% νιώθω συνέχεια αγκυλωμενη δυσκολεύομαι στην βαδιση τα πόδια μου κουράζονται εύκολα και νιώθω εξάντληση,ατονία και ποναω συνέχεια.Το μόνο χαπι που παίρνω εδώ και 3 μήνες είναι το Octonel των 30mg.Για να μην πονάω αναγκάζομαι να παιρνω Vurdon ή Voltaren.Θελω την βοήθεια σας να μην πονάω τι μπορω να Κάνω?
