Η παραθορμόνη με τιμή 132.8 απαιτεί εγχείριση;
έχω οστεοπόρωση από 4.4 με πρόλια εξάμηνη σήμερα που πήρα τις εξετάσεις είναι 4. Ο ορθοπαιδικός μου είχε γράψει εξ αίματος τρεις. Εκτός των δύο που είναι φυσιολογικές, έγραψε και την PTH(παραθορμόνη). η τιμή της οποίας βγήκε 132.8 με τιμές αναφοράς 17.5-100.0. Η υδροξυβιταμινη D είναι 29mg/ml, ολικό ασβέστιο 8,5 mg/dL. Αλκαλική φωσφατάση είναι 62 U/L (46-122). Η ερώτησή μου είναι όσοβ αφορά την PTH(παραθορμόνη) αυτή η τιμή είναι για εγχείριση? Επειδή μεσολαβεί σαββατοκύριακο έχω αγωνία γι' αυτή τη τιμή που είναι υψηλή, και μήπως χρειάζεστε και τις άλλες τιμές παραπάνω, γι' αυτό τις έγραψα, και θα ήθελα να μου πείτε εάν χρειάζομαι εγχείριση με μια τέτοια τιμή, όπως διαβάζω για αδενώματα κλπ.
