Γιατί έχω οστεοπόρωση αν οι βιταμίνες μου είναι καλές και ανησυχώ;
Γεια σας εκανα εξετασεις ειναι ολες καλες συγκεκριμενα η d και ασβεστιο παρα πολυ καλες περνω d και cσαν βιταμινες εχω σταματησει 2μιση χρονια που δεν εχω περιοδο εκανα οστικη μαζα και βγηκε οτινεχω οστεοπορωση ποναω παντου καιρο τωρα αφου ειναι καλα ολα πως βγηξε η οστεπορωση δε κατανοω φοβαμαι τα χαπια εχω και θυροειδη και περνω και cipralexκατι πιο φυσικο να μη γινει χειροτερα απο φαρμακα υπαρχει ευχαριστω

Δεν έχει σημασία το ότι η βιταμίνη D κ το ασβεσυ είναι φυσιολογικά, στους πιο πολλούς ασθενείς με οστεοπόρωση έτσι είναι, η πάθηση δεν οφείλεται στην έλλειψη αυτών των στοιχείων.
Αν έχετε επιβεβαιωμένη οστεοπόρωση θα πρέπει να πάρετε τα φάρμακα πάντως ,καθώς αν δεν τα παίρνετε αυξάνει σημαντικά ο κίνδυνος να υποστείτε κάποιο κάταγμα
