Γεια σας, είμαι στην εμμηνόπαυση εδώ κ 2 χρόνια κι έχω οστεοπόρωση πολλά χρόνια πριν την εμμηνόπαυση. Ακολουθώ τη μέθοδο της osteostrong εδώ και 4 χρόνια χωρίς καμία βελτίωση.Δε θέλω να πάρω τα γνωστά φάρμακα για την οστεοπόρωση γιατί έχω οδοντικά εμφυτεύματα και φοβάμαι τις παρενέργειες.Ο γιατρός μου έγραψε evista αλλά και πάλι ανησυχώ.
