Οστεοπενία, πόνοι στη μέση, κήλες και στένωση: Actonel ή Prolia;
Εχω οστεοπενια ο ρευματολογος μου διέκοψε το actonel. Έχω πόνους στη μέση και η ακτινογραφία έδειξε κηλες και στενωση. Ο ορθοπεδικος μου είπε πως έπρεπε να αντικατασταθεί το actonel με κάποιο άλλο. Τώρα επιμενει να ξεκινήσω prolia.

Δεν ισχύει πως πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί το actonel , αν δεν έχετε οστεοπορωση δε χρειάζεται να πάρετε τίποτα

Στην οστεοπενία συνήθως δεν δίνουμε αντιοστεοπορωτικά.Και το Actonel και το Prolia ειναι αντιοστεοπορωτικά

To prolia δε συνιστάται για οστεοπενία.
Οι κήλες και η στένωση στη "μέση" (δηλαδή στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης) δεν έχουν σχέση με την οστεοπενία ή την οστεοπόρωση, αλλά μπορούν να προκαλέσουν πόνο.
Αν όμως δεν πρόκειται για στένωση, αλλά για καθίζηση σπονδύλων, δε μιλάμε για οστεοπενία, αλλά για οστεοπόρωση, οπότε, αν το Actonel δε δρα πρέπει να αντικατασταθεί με κάτι ισχυρότερο.
