Είμαι 55 χρονών και έκανα εξέταση οστικής πυκνότητας όπου βρέθηκα με t-score στην σπονδυλική στήλη 3,4 και στο αριστερό μηρό με 2,8 Η ενδοκρινολόγος μου συνταγογραφησε να παίρνω μια εβδομαδιαία αγωγή Αλενδρονάτη νατριούχος (Alendronate Sodium) Πηγή: Γαληνός Οδηγός Φαρμάκων Θέλω να ξέρω αυτό το φάρμακο προκαλεί ενδεχομένως καρκίνους; Αν δεν το πάρω, δεδομένου ότι κάνω Pilates reformers τρεις φορές την εβδομάδα και περπάτημα δύο φορές την εβδομάδα έχω κίνδυνο κατάγματος; Θα προτιμούσα να μην πάρω το φάρμακο Τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω για να μην έχω πρόβλημα
