Είμαι 49 ετών και λόγω οστεοπορωσης κάνω αγωγή με prolia τα τελευταία δυόμισι χρόνια. Κάθε φορά που κάνω την ένεση έχω μυικους πόνους κυρίως στην πλάτη και τα άκρα για περίπου 20 ημέρες. Στην τελευταία μετρηση εδειξε βελτιωση και εχω οστεοπενια. Θα μπορούσα να αλλάξω φαρμακο η να σταματήσω την αγωγη?

Είναι μια από τις λίγες ανεπιθύμητες ενέργειες του φαρμάκου.
Αν κάνεις αποφασίσει να διακόψει τη θεραπεία με το prolia , πρέπει ΟΠΩΣΔΉΠΟΤΕ να λάβει ως θεραπεία υποκατάστασης κάποιο απ' τα εβδομαδιαία από του στόματος φάρμακα (αλενδρονατη) για κάποιους μήνες , καθώς η αιφνίδια διακοπή έχει φανεί ότι προκαλεί επανεμφανιση οστεοπόρωσης ή επιδείνωση των score.
Βέβαια να έχετε υπ όψιν ότι σκελετικά άλγη είναι μια πιθανή ανεπιθύμητη ενέργεια κ των πόσιμων φαρμάκων
