Γεια σας.Βρεθηκε μηνιγγιωμα μετωπιαίου λοβού πολύ μικρό. Στην εξάμηνη επαναληπτική μαγνητική δεν υπήρξε μετατροπή μεγέθους. Ωστόσο έχουν εμφανιστεί συμπτώματα όπως δύσπνοια,τάση εμετού και αδυναμία. Σχετίζονται με το μηνιγγιωμα;Η εικόνα του μηνιγγιωματος είναι χαρακτηριστική η μπορεί να πρόκειται για δευτεροπαθή όγκο η ακόμη και καρκινωματωδη μηνιγγίτιδα μιας και η βλάβη είναι στους μήνιγγες;Χωρίς ιστολογική διακρίνονται αυτά τα δύο;Αναμένω απάντηση σας.

Κατά πάσα πιθανότητα τα συμπτώματα αυτά έχουν άλλη αιτία . Το εύρημα αυτό μάλλον είναι μηνιγγίωμα αφού αν ήταν μετάσταση μέσα σε έξι μήνες θα είχε μεγαλώσει σημαντικά.
