Ο ΟΓΑ (Οργανισμός Γεωργικών Ασφαλίσεων), όπως και ο ΕΟΠΥΥ, δεν καλύπτει οδοντικά εμφυτεύματα. Οι ασφαλιστικοί φορείς στην Ελλάδα, όπως ο ΟΓΑ, γενικά καλύπτουν βασικές οδοντιατρικές υπηρεσίες, όπως εξαγωγές, σφραγίσματα και περιορισμένες οδοντιατρικές θεραπείες. Ωστόσο, θεραπείες που θεωρούνται αποκαταστατικές ή αισθητικές, όπως τα εμφυτεύματα, δεν περιλαμβάνονται στις παροχές τους.
Για την τοποθέτηση εμφυτευμάτων, θα χρειαστεί να καλυφθεί το κόστος ιδιωτικά ή μέσω άλλης μορφής ιδιωτικής ασφάλισης, αν αυτή το προβλέπει.
