Τι να κάνω για κύστη δοντιού με οστικό εξόγκωμα στην άνω γνάθο;
Καλησπερα. Ειχα κανει πριν λιγες μερες ερώτηση σχετικα με κυστη δοντιου. Εχω κανει 2 πανοραμικες. Η κυστη εχει δημιουργησει ενα εξόγκωμα οστικο στην ανω γναθο σε πθσω δοντι. Εχω επισκεφτεί 2 γναθοχειρουργους. Η μια μου ειπε αφαιρεση της κυστης απο ψηλά. Η αλλη μου ειπε αφαιρεση του δοντιου και εμφύτευμα. Επισης μου πρότεινε να κανω μια αξονικη. Δεν ξερω τι να κανω. Πριν 6 μηνες εκανα ενδοδοντικη θεραπεια. Εχω μπερδευτεί σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Εγώ θα πήγαινα και σε έναν τρίτο γνάθο χειρουργό δεν μπορώ να πω κάτι σχετικά με την διάγνωση που έχουνε κάνει οι συνάδελφοι οι οποίοι είχανε και την πλήρη εικόνα

Ναι,υπαρχουν δυο λυσεις.η βγαζετε το δοντι αφου πρωτα εχετε εξασφαλισει με τις καταλληλες εξετασεις οτι μπορει να μπει εμφυτευμα η σας αφαιρεται χειρουργικα η κυστη εφοσον ειναι δυνατον.

Εξαγωγή και εμφύτευμα επί εδάφους κύστης είναι λάθος. Θα κάνετε εξαγωγή, αφαίρεση της κύστης μέσω του φατνιου εφόσον είναι εφικτό και σε μεταγενεστερο χρόνο αφαίρεση χειρουργική αν χρειαστει

Θα σας ελεγα οπωσδηποτε να κανετε την αξονικη και βασει αυτης να κινηθειτε αναλογα
