Μετά τη διακοπή της κρεατίνης, πόσος χρόνος χρειάζεται για να πέσει η κρεατινίνη;
Καλησπέρα σας, ο Ιατρός με ενημέρωσε για αυξημένη τιμή κρεατινίνης αίματος και με συμβούλεψε να διακόψω τα συμπληρώματα διατροφής με κρεατίνη τα οποία ελάμβανα και να επαναλάβω την εξέταση αίματος, καθώς και να πραγματοποιηθεί εξέταση ούρων για κρεατινίνη. Θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω, μετά τη διακοπή των συμπληρωμάτων διατροφής, σε πόσες ημέρες, περίπου, θα "πέσουν" οι τιμές της κρεατινίνης; Σας ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!

Καλημέρα σας, δεν είναι τόσο γρήγορη η αποκατάσταση, δηλαδή κόβουμε το συμπλήρωμα πέφτει η τιμή. Τουλάχιστον δύο μήνες με φυσικά μείωση και του κόκκινου κρέατος με πολύ νερό 2λιτρα την ημέρα. Και επανάληψη εξέταση.
Προληπτικά να κάνετε ένα υπέρηχο νεφρών.
