Καλησπέρα είμαι 21 ετών και έχω διαγνώστει με νεφρωσικο συνδρομο εστιακή τμηματική σπειραματοσκλήρυνση πριν 7 μήνες είχα κατακρατηση υγρων πολύ μεγάλη έχασα 50 κιλα μετά από πολύ Lasix ήμουν πρησμενος σε όλο το σώμα μου έδωσαν πολλά φάρμακα για πίεση κορτιζονη διουρητικα κυκλοσπορίνη πήγαινε καλά για 3-4 μήνες μέχρι που είχα υποτροπή πριν 2 μήνες και μετά μου έβαλαν την ριτουξιμαμπη τελευταία η ουρια ηταν 64 και η κρεατινινη 1,12 αυτο που θέλω να σας ρωτήσω γενικά ποια είναι η πρόγνωση σε αυτήν την κατάσταση θα πάνε καλά τα πράγματα ή θα χρειαστώ αιμοκαθαρση στο μέλλον
