Είμαι 54 ετών με 20 κιλά παραπάνω, ουρία 48-52, κρεατινίνη 123, νεφρική ανεπάρκεια;
Καλημερα σας!Ειμαι 54 ετων με 20 κιλα παραπανω το βαρος μου,δεν εχω προβλημετα υγειας,μονο ενα χαπι περνω για χοληστερινη.Εδω και ενα χρονο η ουρια μου,το χειμωνα ειναι 48,το καλοκαιρι 50,με 52.Η κρεατινινη μου 123.Δεν εχω πιεση ουτε ζαχαρο,τη συμβαινη;εχω κανει και υπεριχο ολα καθαρα.Μηπως μου ξεκιναει καμια ανεπαρκια νεφρων;Ευχαριστω!

Καλησπέρα σας,φυσιολογική είναι η ουρια σας όσο για την κρεατινινη σας είναι ανώτερα όρια, προσπαθήστε να χάσετε κάποια κιλά και φυσικά να πίνετε 2 λιτρα νερό την ημέρα. Θα δείτε να βελτιώνονται οι τιμές σας που δεν είναι τιμές νεφρικής ανεπάρκεια.
