Επέτρεται αξονική με αλλεργία στο σκιαγραφικό και ένα νεφρό;
Καλημέρα!Εχω κάνει αφαίρεση νεφρού.Επιτρέπεται η αξονική για έλεχο...το σκιαγραφικό δεν θα βλαψει το ένα μου νεφρό.Μήπως πρέπει μαγνητική;Έχω και αλλεργία στο σκιαγραφικό(βγάζω σπυρακια στο σώμα και στα χέρια).Απο οτι ξερω θελει προετοιμασια με κορτιζόνη πριν την αξονική.Απλά με ένα νεφρό ανησυχώ μήπως με βλάψει..Θα ήθελα την γνώμη ειδικών.

Καλησπέρα σας,αν η νεφρική λειτουργία είναι φυσιολογική που γίνεται δηλαδή ουρία και κρεατινινη σε φυσιολογικές τιμές τότε χορηγείται σκιαγραφικό αν κάποιος έχει αλλεργία στην σκιαγραφικές ουσίες τότε κάνει την εξέταση χωρίς σκιαγραφικό.Καλη επιτυχία και ευχαριστώ πολύ.
