Είναι φυσιολογικές ουρία 50 και κρεατινίνη 1,35 για άνδρα 62 με ένα νεφρό;
Είμαι άνδρας 62 ετών, με φυσιολογικό ύψος και βάρος. Πριν από 8 χρόνια υπεβλήθη σε ολική νεφρεκτομή λόγω καρκίνου. Δεν υπήρξε καμία επιπλοκή, δεν πάσχω από σάκχαρο ή πίεση. Σήμερα έχω τιμές ουρίας 50 και κρεατινίνης 1,35 έχω διαβάσει ότι οι άνθρωποι που ζουν με ένα νεφρό ενδέχεται να έχουν αυξημένες τις φυσιολογικές τιμές σε αυτούς τους δείκτες. Οι τιμές μου είναι φυσιολογικές για άτομο που ζει με ένα νεφρό? Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.

Καλησπέρα σας,είναι καλές οι τιμές σας αλλά έτσι και αλλιώς λόγω ηλικίας έχετε χάσει ενα ποσοστό της νεφρικής σας λειτουργίας.Να προσέχετε να πίνετε αρκετό νερό και να περπατάτε.Να αποφεύγετε τα αντιφλεγμονώδη φάρμακα και η διατροφή σας να είναι μεσογειακή.Κόκκινο κρέας μια φορά την εβδομάδα και περισσότερο ψάρι,κοτόπουλο και οσπρια λαχανικά,φρούτα.Όλα καλά θα πάνε.
