Ασθενής με νεφρική ανεπάρκεια (κρεατινινη 1.65) παραθορμονη 130, δικαιολογεί σιδεροπενικη αναιμία με αιματοκριτη 37.8 και αιμοσφερινη 11.9 στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις τώρα? Το Γενάρη ήταν φυσιολογικές τιμές αιματοκριτης 42.8 αιμοσφερινη 13.5 αλλά γενικά πάει πάνω κάτω συχνά, παίζει εκεί γύρο όλα τα τελευταία χρόνια οριακά 40 - 43 ο αιματοκριτης..τα ερυθρά είναι 5.50

Καλησπέρα σας, πολύ λίγες πληροφορίες μου δίνετε και ελλιπής κρεατινινη?ηλικία ασθενούς βάρος?Άντρας ή γυναίκα να δω σε πιο στάδιο νεφρικής ανεπάρκεια είναι, επίσης δεν γνωρίζω ιστορικό του ασθενούς, τι μεσολάβησε από τον Ιανουάριο μέχρι σήμερα και άλλαξε η αιματολογική του εικόνα, καλό θα ήταν να σας δει ένας Νεφρολογος για να έχετε σωστές και ακριβής απαντήσεις.
