Αιματοκρίτης και αιμοσφαιρίνη σε ασθενή με νεφρική ανεπάρκεια και αύξηση κρεατινίνης
Ασθενής με ήπια νεφρική ανεπάρκεια κρεατινινη βαθμιαία αύξηση από 1.28 το 2018 στο 1. 65 έως σήμερα, δικαιολογεί και μείωση του αιματοκριτη και της αιμοσφαιρίνης πάλι βαθμιαία από το 2018 όπου είχε αιματοκριτη περίπου στο 45 και αιμοσφερινη 14, και σταδιακά από το 2020 όπως ανέβηκε η κρεατινινη έτσι σιγά σιγά ο αιματοκριτης έχει φτάσει να είναι 39-43 με αιμοσφαιρίνη 12-13.8 Μαξ. Έχει και στίγμα. Φεριτινη 16.5 στις τελευταίες εξετάσεις Ετών 72 Ετών 72

Καλημέρα σας, ναι είναι αναμενόμενο με επιδείνωση της νεφρικής ανεπάρκεια θα μειώνει αιματοκρίτη γιατί το νεφρό είναι υπεύθυνο για την αιμοποιηση αυτό δίνει εντολή στον νωτιαίο μυελό να φτιάξει ερυθρά αιμοσφαίρια. Πρέπει να τον παρακολουθεί Νεφρολογος οπωσδήποτε θα χρειαστεί να πάρει κάποια στιγμή και ερυθροποιητινη ουσία που παράγεται φυσιολογικά στον νεφρό αλλά δεν παράγεται στην νεφρικής ανεπάρκεια.
