Λιπαναρρόφηση ή σύσφιξη με λέιζερ; Ανάλυση επιλογών και ανησυχίες.
Καλησπέρα σας. Είμαι ύψος 1,70 και περίπου 60-58 κιλά. Έχω μια σχετική χαλάρωση στην κοιλιά και συσσώρευση λίπους στους μηρούς και στου γλουτούς και στα πλαϊνά (πιασίματα). Πολλά χρόνια προσπαθω να κάνω καλή διατροφή και να γυμνάζομαι αλλά τίποτα δεν φέρνει το σώμα μου στην γράμμωση που επιθυμώ να δω και κουράστηκα. Ξέρω προφανώς ότι θαύματα δεν γίνονται αλλά άρχισα να ψάχνω το θέμα της λιπαναρρόφησης. Επισκεπτηκα τρεις σχετικες κλινικές. Οι δύο μου είπαν ότι δεν χρειάζομαι λιπαναρρόφηση αλλά χρειάζομαι πακέτα σύσφιξης με λέιζερ και log, Ems κλπ και το τρίτο μόνο μου είπε για λιπαναρρόφηση στα σχετικά σημεία. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι μπερδεύτηκα αρκετά στο τι χρειάζομαι και πιστεύω ότι κάτι επεμβατικό μόνο θα μου επιτρέψει πια να δω γράμμωση. Επίσης με τη λιπαναρρόφηση φοβάμαι μην "κρεμάσει" σε λιγα χρόνια ή και αμέσως το δέρμα. Ισχύει κάτι τέτοιο; Κάθε γνώμη πολύτιμη. Ευχαριστώ.

Η λιποαναρρόφηση είναι η ιδανική θεραπεία για να εξαφανιστεί το λίπος σε συγκεκριμένες περιοχες. Το δερμα μετά την επέμβαση δε χαλαρώνει όπως πολλοί εσφαλμένα νομίζουν.
