Καλησπέρα! Ο πόνος στη μέση μπορεί να οφείλεται σε πολλά αιτία. Δεν αποκλείεται η λευχαιμία να προκαλέσει κάτι τέτοιο, από τους βλαστες (κύτταρα λευχαιμίας) μέσα στο μυελό των οστών, αλλά πολύ σπάνια το έχω δει τόσα χρόνια.
Χωρίς επίχρισμα περιφερικού αίματος (παρατήρηση στο μικροσκόπιο), μυελόγραμμα, ανοσοφαινοτυπο και οστεομυελικη βιοψία δεν τίθεται διάγνωση λευχαιμίας.
Σε κάθε περίπτωση, για τον πόνο, θα χρειαστεί αξονική και μαγνητική στην ΟΜΣΣ
