Έχω κάνει laser μυωπίας πριν από 20 χρόνια. Μπορώ να κάνω τώρα laser για πρεσβυωπία;

Εξαρτάται.Καταρχας από την ηλικία σας. Άνω των 55 ετων όχι δεν θα το συνιστούσα. Ο κρυσταλλοειδης φακός θα πρέπει να είναι ιδιαίτερα διαυγής. Διαοφορετικα πάλι οχι. Είναι σημαντικό να κάνετε μια τομογραφία κερατοειδούςPentacam. Εκτός από τους κλασικούς χάρτες όπως το 4 maps refractive πρέπει να κάνετε και μια zernike analysis των συνολικών εκτροπών που έχει ο κερατοειδής σας. Αν COMA,TREFOIL ή SPHERICAL ABBERATIONS είναι εκτός ορίων σαφώς όχι. Επίσης RMS<0.35. Όπως και να έχει όμως θα αν τα μάτια σας είναι οκ να ξέρετε τι θα κερδίσετε και τι θα χάσετε. Αυτά πρέπει να συζητηθούν αναλυτικά. Το ποια είναι η δουλειά σας είναι επίσης σημαντικό.... Αν οδηγείτε βράδυ επίσης και πόσες ώρες. Το σίγουρο είναι ότι κερδίσετε καλή κοντινή όραση χωρίς γυαλιά εις βάρος της ποιότητας της όρασης γενικά και μακριά ιδιαίτερα. Εγώ προσωπικά θα σας συμβούλευα όχι. Read more
