Προφυλάξεις για λαπαροσκοπική χολοκυστεκτομή με xarelto 15 για θρομβοφιλία?
Ο αδερφός μου περνάει xarelto 15 για θρομβοφυλια και θέλει να κάνει Λαπαροσκοπική χολοκυστεκτομή τι πρεπει να προσέξουμε. Και πόσο ασφαλείς είναι αυτή η επέμβαση?

Σε συνεννόηση με τον γιατρό που έδωσε το xarelto το διακόπτουμε αλλά θα δώσει οδηγίες γιά άλλο φάρμακο που δεν ενοχλεί στην επέμβαση που θα γίνει. Η επέμβαση είναι ασφαλής,αρκεί ο χειρουργός να είναι ο κατάλληλος

H επέμβαση γενικά είναι πολύ ασφαλής. Το Xarelto πρέπει να διακοπεί 2 μέρες πριν το χειρουργείο (δλδ. να μην πάρεί δύο δόσεις) για να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος αιμορραγίας. Καλό είναι να το συζητήσετε με τον χειρουργό σας.

Να διακοπεί το xarelto και να πάρει την αντιπηκτικη ένεση ανάλογα με το βάρος του μέχρι την παραμονή του χειρουργείο.Το xarelto πρέπει να κοπεί για 5 ημέρες.
