Είναι απαραίτητη άμεση αφαίρεση λεπτοτοιχωματικής κύστης ωοθήκης 5 cm;
Για κύστη ωοθήκης 5 cm η μαγνητική έδειξε λεπτοτοιχωματική ορώδης κύστη χωρίς αιμορραγικά κ συμπαγή στοιχεία. Πρέπει να γίνει άμεσα αφαίρεση? Βέβαια είμαι σε εμμηνόπαυση κ πλέον των 6 ετων που την παρακολουθώ δεν έχει απορροφηθεί.

Καλησπέρα σας. Η περιγραφή της κύστης δείχνει καλοηθη στοιχεία. Δυστυχώς όμως αν κάποιος δεν γνωρίζει το πλήρες ιστορικό σας δεν μπορεί να σας απαντήσει με σαφήνεια για.το το θα έπρεπε να κάνετε. Δεν θεωρω όμως πιθανό να απορροφηθεί αυτή η κύστη ειδικά εάν υπάρχει τόσα χρόνια. Στη διάθεσή σας για οποιαδήποτε περαιτέρω βοήθεια.
