Πως γίνεται να έχω κονδυλώματα εφόσον όλες οι εξετάσεις μου βγήκαν καλές;
Είχα βγάλει κάτι μικρά στα σπυράκια μ είχαν πει ότι είναι κονδυλώματα τα καυτηρίασα έκανα τεστ παπ μ βγήκε αρνητικό έκανα και hpv και μ βγήκε και αυτό αρνητικό Πως γίνεται να έχω εφόσον όλες η εξετασεις μ βγήκαν καλές ;

Καλησπέρα. Τα κονδυλώματα προκαλούνται από τον ιό HPV, αλλά τα τεστ Παπ δεν ανιχνεύουν πάντα τον ιό που προκαλεί τα κονδυλώματα, καθώς το τεστ Παπ ελέγχει για αλλαγές στα κύτταρα του τραχήλου της μήτρας, όχι για τα εξωτερικά κονδυλώματα. Είναι πολύ συνηθισμένο να έχει κάποιος κονδυλώματα, αλλά να έχει αρνητικό τεστ Παπ και HPV dna test, επειδή αυτά τα τεστ εστιάζουν στον τράχηλο της μήτρας, ενώ τα κονδυλώματα εμφανίζονται εξωτερικά στο δέρμα.
