Μπορεί το pcr HPV test να βγει ψευδώς αρνητικό; CIN1 προς CIN2 διάγνωση
Μπορεί το pcr HPV test για τις υψηλού κινδύνου να βγει ψεύδος αρνητικό; Έχω ενεργεί HPV λοίμωξη έχω κάνει τεστ κι βγήκε αρνητικό 2 φορές μέσα σε ένα εξάμηνο. Έκανα κολποσκοπιση και μου είπε CIn1 προς cin 2 και βιοψία. Και μου ξανά έκανε HPV test το τελευταίο το είχα κάνει πριν 20 μέρες

Το HPV test με PCR για υψηλού κινδύνου μπορεί να δώσει ψευδώς αρνητικά αποτελέσματα, αν και αυτό συμβαίνει σπάνια. Υπάρχουν αρκετοί παράγοντες που μπορούν να επηρεάσουν την ακριβή ανίχνευση του ιού, όπως η χρονική στιγμή του τεστ σε σχέση με τη λοίμωξη ή η ποιότητα του δείγματος.
Εφόσον έχεις διαγνωστεί με CIN 1 προς CIN 2 και έκανες βιοψία, είναι σημαντικό να παρακολουθείς την κατάσταση με τον γιατρό σου και να συζητήσεις τις ανησυχίες σου σχετικά με τα αποτελέσματα των τεστ. Ο γιατρός σου μπορεί να προτείνει περαιτέρω εξετάσεις ή παρακολούθηση για να εκτιμήσει την κατάσταση πιο αναλυτικά.
