Γιατί να κάνουμε κολποσκόπηση αντί για τεστ ΠΑΠ για HPV 51 παρακολούθηση;

Καλησπέρα σας! έχω HPV 51 τύπου. έχω κάνει τεστ ΠΑΠ(αρνητικό βγήκε),τεστ για HPV και την κολποσκοπηση με βιοψία(με διάγνωση: «Αλλοιώσεις υποξείας τραχηλίτιδας. Στοιχεία κακοήθειας δεν παρατηρούνται») Ο γυναικολόγος μου μου έγραψε την αγωγή την κολπική γέλη και βιταμίνες για 6 μήνες και μετά επανάληψη εξετάσεων. Ήρθε η ώρα για επανάληψη και μου λέει πως χρειαζεται να κάνουμε κολποσκοπηση(χωρίς την βιοψία αυτή την φορά) και όχι το τεστ ΠΑΠ. έχω απορία: γιατί να μην κάνουμε το τεστ ΠΑΠ και να κάνουμε κολποσκοπηση ; δεν είναι ικανό το τεστ ΠΑΠ για να δούμε την εξέλιξη ;
