Το hgsil στο τεστ Παπ σημαίνει καρκίνος; Τι πρέπει να κάνω;
Καλησπερα σας, Είμαι 24 χρόνων. Τον Νοέμβρη είχα κάνει τεστ Παπ και μου είχε δείξει lgsil, ο γυναικολόγος μου έγραψε βιταμίνες και επανεξέταση σε 6 μήνες. Πρόσφατα ξανά έκανα τεστ Παπ και έδειξε hgsil, ο γιατρός μου είπε να κάνουμε βιοψία και ίσως κωνοειδή εκτομή. Το hgsil είναι καρκίνος; Σημαίνει ότι έχω καρκίνο; Τι πρέπει να κάνω ;

Καλησπέρα, κατά πάσα πιθανότητα δεν έχετε καρκίνο αυτή τη στιγμή, αλλά θα πρέπει να κάνετε την κωνοειδη ή έναν καυτηριασμο.

Καλησπέρα. Όχι ευτυχώς δεν πρόκειται για καρκίνο αλλά για υψηλή προκαρκινικη βλάβη. Όντως, θα χρειαστεί να κάνετε κολποσκόπηση κ πιθανότατα βιοψία κ αν επιβεβαιωθεί το hgsil θα πρέπει να κάνετε μια συζήτηση με το γυναικολόγο κ να αποφασίσετε τι είναι το καλύτερο για εσάς. Επίσης, χρήσιμο θα ήταν να γνωρίζουμε ποιον τύπο ή τύπους hpv έχετε.
