Καλησπέρα σας , είχα το τελευταίο διάστημα αύξηση κολπικων υγρών και μια δυσοσμία κόλπου . Σε τωρινές εξετάσεις κολπικων βρέθηκε το μικροβιο Candida albicans και σε καλλιέργεια βιολογικών υγρών σχόλια : δεν παρατηρούνται πυοσφαίρια η τριχομονάδα , παρατηρούνται ελάχιστοι μύκητες η φορεία κυττάρων clue cells . Έπειτα από ανάγνωση άθελα μου άρθρων συνδυάστηκε αυτό το μικροβιο με ιούς hiv και έχω αγχωθεί . Θα μπορούσατε σας παρακαλώ να με κατατοπισετε για το τι είναι η αν πρέπει να προβώ σε εξετάσεις περαιτέρω . Ευχαριστώ πολύ !

Καλησπέρα. Τα clue cells δεν έχουν καμία σχέση με τον hiv. Συνήθως τα βρίσκουμε σε λοιμώξεις που προέρχονται από το μικρόβιο gardnerella vaginalis, που είναι πολύ συχνό όταν έχουμε διαταραχή της κολπικης χλωρίδας. Καλό θα είναι να μιλήσεις με τον γιατρό σου που θα κρίνει αν χρειάζεται να λάβεις κάποια αγωγή ή όχι. Σίγουρα όμως δεν χρειάζεται να ανησυχείς.
