Γιατί δεν περνάει η βακτηριακή κολπίτιδα μετά από 3 χρόνια θεραπείας;
Έχω βακτηριακη κολπιτιδα εδώ και τρία χρόνια..έχω πάρει αντιβιωση φλατζιλ υποθετα πλυσεις και δεν μου περνάει. Σε τι πιστεύεται οφείλεται;

Καλησπέρα σας. Αν η βακτηριακή κολπίτιδα επιμένει για τόσο μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα, πιθανότατα οφείλεται σε διαταραχή της κολπικής χλωρίδας.
Αν οι θεραπείες δεν έχουν αποτέλεσμα, ίσως χρειαστεί μακροχρόνια αποκατάσταση της κολπικής χλωρίδας με προβιοτικά και προσεκτική επιλογή θεραπείας. Συζητήστε με τον γιατρό σας αν θα ήταν χρήσιμο ένα PCR test για να διαπιστωθεί αν υπάρχει κάποιο ανθεκτικό μικρόβιο που χρειάζεται πιο στοχευμένη αγωγή.
