Επεισόδια κολπικής μαρμαρυγής και επιλογές θεραπείας μετά από επέκταση
Είμαι 48 χρόνων άνδρας. Αντιμετωπίζω επεισόδια κολπικής μαρμαρυγής, το πρώτο μου επεισόδιο ήταν 8 χρόνια πριν. Εκ τότε, ένα επεισόδιο το δίμηνο, κρατούσε 2 ώρες περίπου. Τους τελευταίους 2 μήνες έχουν πυκνώσει πολύ τα επεισόδια, είχα 3 σε ένα μήνα. Επίσης αυξήθηκε και η διάρκεια, 7 ώρες, μέχρι και 12 ώρες κράτησε ένα από αυτά. Ο αρρυθμιολογος με έβαλε σε αγωγή ρυθμονορμ ένα χαπακι 150mg το 8ωρο. Για ένα μήνα ήμουν πολύ ήρεμος, ούτε καν έκτακτες συστολές. Μόλις πέρασε ο μήνας και ενώ συνεχίζω την αγωγή, με έπιασε πάλι επεισόδιο, και άλλα 3 ανά 2 μέρες με διάρκεια 5 ώρες, 6 ώρες και 7 ώρες. Φαίνεται ότι το ρυθμονορμ πλέον δεν με πιάνει. Επισης στον υπέρηχο, η διάσταση του αριστερού κόλπου(νομίζω ήταν ο αριστερός) ήταν 4.7. μου είπε ο αρρυθμιολογος ότι είναι λίγο αυξημένο από περισυ και 5 είναι το όριο για ενα επιτυχημένο ablation. Τι κάνω τώρα? Να αλλάξω φάρμακο? Τι συστεινετε?
