Πώς επηρεάζεται το πλέγμα μετά από ανοικτή βουβωνοκήλη από διατροφή και λοιμώξεις;

Καλημέρα σας θα ήθελα σας παρακαλώ εάν είναι εύκολο να μου εξηγήσετε. Έχω κάνει ανοικτή βουβωνοκήλης με πλέγμα αλλογενες συνθετικό η τομή σήμερα μετά από εξέταση έδειξε ότι έχει κλείσει αν και επάνω ή γάζα είχε κάτι σταγόνες αίματος μου είπαν ότι σε 2 ημέρες να κόψουν τα ράμματα (είναι μεταλλικά) εκείνο που με αγχώνει εάν μπορείτε να βοηθήσετε σας παρακαλώ το πλέγμα πως μολύνεται και εάν επηρεάζεται από διατροφή, ιώσεις, κοβιτ η ότι άλλο μπορεί να υπάρχει... Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ.
