Στον υπέρηχο ή στην αξονική είναι πιθανό να μην μπορούν να διακρίνουν την κήλη αφού είσαστε ξαπλωμένος/η. Και επαναλαμβάνω δεν είναι απαραίτητη πλην ελαχίστων περιπτώσεων.
