Πώς να αντιμετωπίσω έντονο πόνο στην αριστερή πλάτη όταν κινώ το χέρι μου;
Πολύ έντονος πόνος αριστερά στην πλάτη. Σταματάει με την ακινησία και γίνεται αφορητος όταν κινήσω ή βάλω δύναμη στο αριστερό μου χέρι ( είμαι αριστερόχειρας)
